Sister C

My name is Cynthia Lynn Blackwell, better known as Sister C. I am the Pastor of Anointed and Appointed Victorious Ministries, located in Hyattsville, Maryland. I am currently employed with the state of Maryland—Department of Labor, Workforce Development for Adult Learners. I serve as the principal for incarcerated men and women at Jessup and Patuxent Correctional Institutions located in Jessup, Maryland. 

I have started a Women’s ministry at my church called Victorious Women Walking in Victory. The mission for Victorious Women Walking in Victory is for every woman regardless of their age, ethnicity, or past sins/mistakes would seek and develop a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. With this commitment she would be able to achieve as well as fulfill God’s divine plan and purpose for her life. With God’s love, guidance, and instructions along with the lessons learned and/or taught she would strive to walk victoriously in every area of her life without any regrets.
I am also the author of the book titled “It’s Time.”
